Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use AWKN.

Subscription

AWKN is a paid app. Access requires an active subscription, purchased through Apple. The price is shown in the app before you buy.

Payment is charged to your Apple account. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.

What AWKN is, and what it is not

AWKN is a tool for discipline, reflection and habit tracking. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it does not replace a doctor, therapist or other professional.

The After-Action Report is written by AI. It can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation. Use your own judgment before acting on it.

AWKN is not an emergency service. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line now.

Using AWKN properly

Do not misuse the app: do not try to break or overload it, reach other people's data, copy or resell its content, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close an account that does.

Your content

What you write in AWKN belongs to you. You allow us to store and process it only to run the app for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The app itself, including its text, quotes selection, images, audio and design, belongs to us or to our licensors and may not be copied outside the app.

Changes and availability

We may change, add or remove features, and we may update these terms. When a change matters, we will tell you in the app. We work to keep AWKN available but cannot promise it will always run without interruption.

Liability

AWKN is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Ending

You can stop using AWKN and delete your account at any time in Settings. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription; cancel it in your Apple account settings.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
